Project Manager, Large Format Print & Client Solutions
Overview
Own end-to-end projects in large format printing for top clients, coordinating across sales, design, production, and installation. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain strong client relationships while guiding projects from concept to completion.
- 2Design, plan, and manage production schedules to meet deadlines and budget targets, coordinating with Production and Installation teams.
- 3Coordinate proofs, quality checks, and reprints to ensure exceptional results and clear customer communication.
- 4Own estimates and cost controls using iQuote and production records to ensure accurate job tickets and profitability.
- 5Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Creative, Purchasing, Shipping, and Installation to optimize workflows and outcomes.
- 6Lead continuous improvement efforts across departments to boost productivity, reduce waste, and elevate customer satisfaction.
- 7Ship projects on time, within budget, and with outstanding quality, while documenting lessons learned for future work.
- 8Proactively identify risks and mitigation plans to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- 9Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience by advocating for client needs and transparent communication.
Requirements9
- 13–5+ years of Project Management or Account Management experience within Large Format Printing
- 2Strong understanding of large format printing, graphics production, materials, finishing methods, and installation processes
- 3Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical production details clearly
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with print ERP MIS or estimating systems such as Monarch or iQuote
- 6Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- 7Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and installation scheduling is a plus
- 8Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 quality environment experience is a plus
- 9Experience with installation scheduling and field coordination is preferred
