What You'll Do7
- 1Track and manage multiple concurrent print projects from concept to final shipment/delivery
- 2Serve as primary point of contact for external and internal clients providing updates and resolving order discrepancies
- 3Prepare cost estimates negotiate vendor prices and create purchase orders while adhering to financial margins
- 4Review artwork manage proofing process and ensure specifications meet quality standards
- 5Coordinate production schedules with internal teams and outside vendors to maximize efficiency
- 6Establish relationships with printers and vendors to optimize workflow
- 7Maintain detailed documentation of processes and outcomes for continuous improvement
Requirements5
- 1Industry experience 2-3+ years in print publishing or direct mail
- 2Strong technical proficiency with print production workflows prepress requirements and standard materials
- 3Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft Office and Print Management Information Systems
- 4Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- 5Physical stamina for standing or sitting long periods in warehouse or office setting
