- 10Create technical documentation and training materials for operators
- 11Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain clean working conditions
- 12Perform quality inspections and resolve production-related issues
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or vocational certification with 3-5 years wide-format print production experience
- 2Minimum 1-3 years supervisory experience in print operations
- 3Proven expertise in dye sublimation solvent latex and DTF printing technologies
- 43 years Adobe Creative Suite proficiency with additional RIP software experience
- 5Strong knowledge of print head technology and large format materials
- 6Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator mastery with RIP software preference
- 7Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- 8Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management capabilities
- 9Bilingual Spanish-English proficiency valued
- 10Availability for weekend shifts and extended hours
- 11Physical stamina for standing walking and lifting 60 pounds regularly
