What You'll Do11
- 1Build and design efficient workflows for sorting cutting and gluing processes
- 2Lead daily operations including performance reviews and staff development
- 3Manage variable costs and reduce scrap through cost/benefit analysis
- 4Train Production Leads on new equipment as technical subject matter expert
- 5Oversee labor scheduling and address disciplinary actions
- 6Maintain safe and inclusive workplace standards with zero OSHA recordables
- 7Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
- 8Monitor supply levels and coordinate with Production Leads for optimal workflow
- 9Troubleshoot production issues and ensure quality standards are met
- 10Implement material flow optimizations and cost reductions
- 11Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 22-5 years manufacturing experience with 2+ years in printing leadership
- 3OSHA 10 Hour certification
- 4Proficiency in Gmail Google Docs Excel TBG Systems
- 5Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks standing sitting walking climbing squatting
- 6Strong interpersonal skills with active listening and concise communication abilities
- 7Willingness to learn technical systems and stand for extended periods
- 8Commitment to safety and quality standards in fast-paced environment
