What You'll Do11
- 1Operate roll-to-roll and flatbed printers, dye sublimation presses, and cutting equipment with precision
- 2Manage and distribute workload across multiple printers according to production schedules
- 3Read, analyze, and execute detailed job tickets for accurate production
- 4Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with printers, media, and file setups
- 5Handle finished prints and transfer them to designated staging areas
- 6Focus on large format digital press processes to ensure quality
- 7Maintain high-quality standards for all printed pieces
- 8Keep a clean and organized workspace for safety and efficiency
- 9Uphold core values and contribute positively to the team
- 10Adjust priorities based on daily demands and unforeseen changes
- 11Collaborate on additional duties as assigned
Requirements7
- 12+ years of digital printing experience
- 21 year of experience with roll-to-roll and flatbed printers
- 3Physical ability to lift 50 lbs independently and handle items up to 225 lbs with assistance
- 4Comfortable walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and reaching for 8 hours daily
- 5Willingness to work overtime when necessary
- 6Experience with continuous warehouse environments
- 7Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
