Retail Print Manager, High Volume Store
Overview
As Retail Print Manager at Office Depot, you own print sales and service growth in a high print volume store. You run the print production process, manage equipment and supplies, and deliver high-quality print materials. Lead a customer-centric environment and engage with the local community. What You'll Do8
- 1Drive print sales and service excellence by modeling exceptional customer service and product expertise
- 2Train and develop associates on print processes, selling techniques, and the holistic service offering
- 3Coach and provide feedback to enhance associate proficiency and build brand loyalty
- 4Operate all print equipment to keep production efficient and ensure orders are correct and on time
- 5Implement process improvements to reduce waste and manage print supplies
- 6Contribute to sales growth through conversion, AOV, and customer satisfaction initiatives
- 7Maintain safety and security of the print department, building, and associates
- 8Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including alarm activation, cash handling, and daily store balancing
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 21-3 years related experience
- 32+ years management experience or equivalent internal development
- 4Experience in Print Center operations
- 5Strong PC skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- 6Subject matter expert in Print Services and related systems
- 7Advanced selling skills and strong interpersonal communication
- 8Ability to coach, train, and develop others
- 9Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
