- 3Supervise cycle count and inventory counting processes
- 4Assist general manager with human resources and loss prevention tasks
- 5Manage cash handling practices and coordinate with corporate finance
- 6Coordinate facility management to ensure safety and security
- 7Supervise scheduling especially during peak traffic periods
- 8Interface with corporate headquarters and handle administrative record-keeping
- 9Manage e-commerce orders including shipping samples
- 10Direct truck appointments and manage logistics scheduling
- 11Assist with customer pick-ups and merchandising displays
- 12Involved in sales reset according to warehouse team procedures
- 13Train and develop associates while monitoring performance
- 14Address and document performance issues through disciplinary actions
- 15Ensure compliance with scheduling hiring payroll and business planning processes
- 16Monitor company policies and support operational expectations
- 17Open and close stores effectively while handling additional managerial duties
Requirements9
- 15+ years retail management experience directing operations
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in complex environments
- 3Proficiency in recruiting hiring and training associates
- 4Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills
- 5Ability to exercise independent discretion in fast-paced settings
- 6Strong customer service skills under pressure
- 7Physical capability lifting 30-60 pounds occasionally
