What You'll Do11
- 1Support a positive customer-centric experience by proactively acknowledging and engaging every customer
- 2Utilize and understand the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution as well as additional products and/or services
- 3Maintain awareness of planned advertisements promotions and sales and loyalty programs
- 4Consistently maintain store and print department appearance to company guidelines and keep a neat clean well-stocked environment
- 5Adhere to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation
- 6Follow the established sorting and stocking guidelines and complete freight processes
- 7Ensure freight sorting area is organized and set up in accordance with guidelines
- 8Scan investigate and fill inventory lows and outs daily
- 9Work to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided
- 10Complete Tech Print and other applicable training to ensure compliance with company policies and support loss prevention efforts
- 11Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2No prior experience required
- 3Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- 4Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- 5Ability to read write and count accurately to complete documentation use training tools and process inventory
- 6Client-focused positive engaging and action-oriented with a passion for our brand products services and solutions
- 7Commitment to safety: support our operational safety culture by working safely and addressing potential hazards or concerns
