Retail Customer Service Associate, Print & Shipping
Overview
You will deliver a positive customer experience at a FedEx Office store, using consultative skills to solve printing, signs, and shipping needs. You will handle complex orders, operate printing and binding equipment, and manage the production queue. Work alongside a team that values quality and speed. What You'll Do9
- 1Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing.
- 2Set up and operate printing, binding, and related equipment for customer jobs.
- 3Assemble parcels, wrap items, insert into containers, weigh, and label for shipping.
- 4Process financial transactions with the POS terminal, handling cash and making change.
- 5Stock and maintain retail store supplies and equipment to ensure availability.
- 6Resolve customer issues quickly, using consultative skills to suggest alternatives.
- 7Assist with training new team members and follow supervisor instructions.
- 8Complete financial paperwork and assist with daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits.
- 9Keep the retail store safe, clean, and orderly; prevent errors and waste.
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent education.
- 26+ months of specialized experience in customer service or retail.
- 3Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 4Ability to stand for entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods.
- 5Ability to move and lift 55 pounds.
- 6Bend and twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis.
- 7Work in a fast-paced environment under substantial pressure.
- 8Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods.
- 9Work with minimal supervision and report regularly to work.
Salary Insight
$40 - $48k per year
