Own the onsite customer experience at a FedEx Office location in Nashville, Tennessee, delivering production, shipping, and retail services. What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver professional and responsive service to onsite customers, meeting requests and contract requirements across production, mailroom, shipping, and retail.
- 2Operate digital printers, signs and graphics equipment, binding machines, and auxiliary gear to produce complex orders with quality checks and timely pick-ups.
- 3Manage mail and shipping services: pick up and deliver packages, assemble and prepare goods, operate mail processing equipment, and log package receipts in the tracking system.
- 4Use consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions, while accurately taking complex orders and pricing.
- 5Perform administrative duties including ordering supplies, controlling inventory, and ensuring confidentiality of customer data and documents.
- 6Collaborate with office and print locations to produce and deliver customer work, and assist in training onsite team members.
- 7Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety, security, and operational procedures.
- 8Handle point-of-sale transactions, process financial transactions securely, and manage cash when applicable.
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 21+ year of specialized experience preferred.
- 3Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 4Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- 5Ability to stand for entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods.
- 6Ability to move and lift 55 pounds.
- 7Ability to bend and twist at the waist and knees consistently.
- 8Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain attention for extended periods.
- 9Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
