Customer Service Manager - Warehouse & Print Shop
Overview
This role puts you in charge of daily warehouse operations at a Dallas staffing firm, supervising a team of 10-15 personnel. You will own order fulfillment, customer communication, and complaint resolution from day one. The position reports to the Operations Director and works closely with Print Shop leads and HR. What You'll Do8
- 1Supervise warehouse personnel during order receiving and picking shifts
- 2Respond to customer emails and calls within 2 hours of receipt
- 3Enter customer orders into the ERP system with 99% accuracy
- 4Resolve customer complaints by investigating root causes and implementing fixes
- 5Coordinate with print shop staff to align production schedules with order deadlines
- 6Conduct daily stand-up meetings to assign tasks and review safety protocols
- 7Audit picking accuracy and implement corrective actions for recurring errors
- 8Train new hires on warehouse management procedures and customer service standards
Requirements6
- 13+ years of customer service experience in a warehouse or production setting
- 21+ years of supervisory experience leading a team of 5+ workers
- 3Print shop experience preferred, including order processing and inventory control
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) for order entry and email
- 5Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours per shift
- 6High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus
