Customer Service Coordinator, BPS Order Support
Overview
You will own order processing and issue resolution for assigned client lines at Acosta Group, a retail services leader with 20,000+ associates. You will handle daily alerts, resolve rules engine failures, and maintain pricing accuracy. This hybrid role (Tue–Thu in Dallas office) places you at the center of client satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with Sales Data Coordinators, Business Managers, and Customer Service Supervisors to keep orders moving. What You'll Do8
- 1Receive and resolve order issues from external parties using MS Office and Becton System tools.
- 2Update order system entries and review dashboard alerts hourly to catch and fix problems early.
- 3Escalate unresolved issues to Business Managers or Customer Managers when needed.
- 4Investigate rules engine failures, determine corrective actions, and submit Becton System requests.
- 5Maintain client and customer criteria for order handling, updating pricing information as needed.
- 6Notify Sales Data Coordinator promptly on all order changes and file documents per Acosta policy.
- 7Assist with Customer Replenishment (CRP/VMI) by entering orders in Becton System and managing through delivery.
- 8Perform special assignments for the company or department as assigned.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of business process solutions, customer service, or administrative experience.
- 2High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree or formal customer service training preferred.
- 31 year of food broker experience preferred.
- 4Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills with effective communication.
- 5Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data/order entry software.
- 6Possess Becton System technical skills.
