Culinary Server, Senior Living & Food Service in MN
Overview
Server role supporting residents at a Lifespark Senior Living Community with 69 units offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. You will join a caring team serving meals and beverages in a dining setting and supporting resident well being. This is a full-time morning or mid-shift position with every other weekend rotation. You will grow with a friendly, mission-driven team focused on enriching lives.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and implement dining service by setting up room trays and tables, delivering trays and beverages, and bussing as needed.
- 2Deliver nourishments and snacks to residents and staff to promote well being.
- 3Transport carts and deliver trays to dining rooms and common areas as required.
- 4Maintain a steady work pace to ensure a clean, stocked kitchen and dining environment.
- 5Assist in preparation, distribution and coverage of food and dishes for residents and families.
- 6Assist in keeping dining rooms organized and assisting with clean up after meals.
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Experience in a senior living setting preferred
- 3Ability to relate positively with residents, families, and staff
- 4Advanced computer skills
- 5Must be able to work full-time with morning or mid-shift hours and every other weekend
