Culinary Server, Part Time PM Shifts at Landmark of Fridley
Overview
Server position supporting Lifespark Senior Living communities with 4pm-7pm shifts and every other weekend rotation. You will assist in the preparation, distribution and supply of food to residents, families, and staff at a 69-unit community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. You will help create an environment that supports resident well being and aging magnificently. You will join a team that values compassion, care, and collaboration.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and maintain efficient dining room operations by setting up trays and tables, serving and bussing, pouring beverages, and assisting with food preparation.
- 2Deliver nourishments and snacks to residents in a timely manner to support comfort and satisfaction.
- 3Maintain a steady work pace to ensure a consistent supply of clean utensils and dishes for service.
- 4Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays when applicable to support smooth meal service.
- 5Assist in the preparation, distribution and replenishment of food and dishes for residents, families, and staff.
- 6Ensure accurate and courteous service, contributing to a positive dining experience for residents and families.
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Experience in a senior living setting preferred
- 3Must relate professionally and cooperatively with residents, families, and employees
- 4Must possess advanced computer skills
- 5Ability to work part time PM shifts (4pm-7pm) with every other weekend rotation
