Culinary Assistant Server, Senior Living & Food Service
Overview
Culinary Assistant/Server role at Valora Orono, part of Lifespark Senior Living, will serve residents in a 72-unit community providing Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. You will assist in food preparation, service, and dining operations to promote resident well being. Work Schedule includes AM and PM shifts in a onsite Minneapolis area location. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and set up dining room trays and tables for resident dining
- 2Assist in serving, bussing, and delivering trays and nourishments
- 3Transport carts and deliver meals to appropriate areas
- 4Maintain a steady work pace to ensure clean utensils and dishes are available
- 5Soak scrub scrape and wash soiled dishes to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Experience in a senior living setting preferred
- 3Professional, positive, cooperative interpersonal skills with residents families and staff
- 4Advanced computer skills
- 5Must be onsite in Orono MN for scheduled shifts
