Overview
Own food service operations in a Lifespark Senior Living Community serving Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care residents at scale. Lead meal prep, diet adherence, and sanitation for a 140-unit campus. Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to uphold high standards of nourishment and safety. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and serve meals per planned menus and diet plans ensuring accuracy of portions and temperatures
- 2Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, floors, dishes, and utensils to maintain sanitary conditions
- 3Check all trays for menu, diet requirements, and resident preferences to ensure accuracy
- 4Ensure proper storage of food and supplies to minimize waste and maintain freshness
- 5Review and process diet changes and update menus in accordance with established procedures
- 6Assist with maintaining inventory, receiving deliveries, and organizing kitchen workflow
- 7Support residents and families with professional, compassionate service
- 8Coordinate with culinary team to ensure consistency across shifts
- 9Adhere to dietary and sanitary regulations and facility procedures
- 10Maintain documentation of safety and quality checks as part of routine operations
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Experience in a senior living setting preferred
- 3Ability to relate professionally and cooperatively with residents, families, and staff
- 4Advanced computer skills including email use
- 5Must be able to lift and stand for extended periods
- 6Onsite in Minneapolis Minnesota with full-time scheduling
- 7Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour
- 8Benefits including medical dental vision 401k and paid time off
