What You'll Do5
- 1Build and serve meals per planned menus and diet plans ensuring portion control and temperature accuracy.
- 2Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, floors, dishes, and utensils to maintain a safe kitchen.
- 3Check trays for menu and diet accuracy and preferences to ensure residents receive correct meals.
- 4Ensure proper storage for food and supplies and maintain stock levels.
- 5Review diet changes and implement updated menus in accordance with procedures.
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Experience in a senior living setting preferred
- 3Ability to relate professionally with residents, families, and staff
- 4Advanced computer skills including email
- 5Must be able to work Full-Time or Part-Time shifts and comply with scheduling requirements
