Overview
Culinary Assistant/Server role supporting meal service in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. You will assist in food preparation, distribution, and dining room operations to promote resident well being at scale across an 84-unit community. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and transport trays and deliver meals to residents and staff to ensure timely service
- 2Serve, pour, cover beverages, and assist in food preparation to maintain quality dining experiences
- 3Bus tables and maintain clean kitchen utensils and dishes to support efficient dining operations
- 4Deliver nourishments and snacks to residents as needed
- 5Maintain a steady work pace to support adequate supply of dishes and kitchen items
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Experience in a senior living setting preferred
- 3Ability to relate professionally to residents, families, and staff
- 4Advanced computer skills
- 5Must be able to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
