Culinary Assistant/Server, Part-Time AM PM – Carver Ridge Senior Living
Overview
Culinary Assistants/Servers join a Lifespark Senior Living Community to support residents across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. You will help prepare, portion, and deliver meals while fostering a positive dining atmosphere for residents and staff. This is a part-time role with morning or evening shifts in a 70-unit community designed to help residents Age Magnificently. You will be part of a supportive team in a recognized senior living provider.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and stock room trays and dining area supplies to ensure timely service
- 2Deliver nourishments and snacks to residents and staff
- 3Assist in preparing and covering food and beverages for service
- 4Transport carts and deliver trays to appropriate areas
- 5Maintain clean kitchen utensils and dishes and manage dishwashing duties
- 6Set up room trays, tables, and dining areas to create a welcoming dining environment
- 7Assist with serving, bussing, and clearing tables during meals
- 8Support teammates to maintain a steady work pace during service
- 9Follow safety, sanitation, and residents-first care standards
- 10Help promote resident well-being through friendly, respectful interactions
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Experience in a senior living setting preferred
- 3Ability to relate professionally and cooperatively with residents, families, and staff
- 4Advanced computer skills
- 5Part-time AM (7am-2pm) or PM (4pm-7pm) availability
- 6Valid work authorization in the United States
- 7Must be able to perform essential duties in a care setting
- 8Positive, team-oriented attitude
- 9Commitment to Lifespark values and resident-centered care
- 10Ability to navigate dining service workflows and equipment
