Overview
Culinary Assistant/Server in a Lifespark Senior Living Community supporting residents with meals and hospitality. You will assist in food prep, service, and dining operations in the PM shift, impacting resident well-being at scale. Work with a caring team in a serene setting and have opportunities for career growth within Lifespark. This role participates in delivering compassionate, person-centered dining experiences.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and deliver meals by setting up dining areas, serving and bussing trays, pouring beverages, and assisting with food preparation
- 2Deliver nourishments and snacks to residents and staff in a timely manner
- 3Maintain a steady work pace to ensure clean utensils and dishes are available for service
- 4Transport carts and trays to appropriate dining areas and assist with food coverage
- 5Assist in dishwashing and warewashing tasks to support a clean kitchen and dining environment
- 6Support residents and families with professional, positive interactions while promoting well-being
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Experience in a senior living setting preferred
- 3Ability to relate professionally and cooperatively with residents, families, and employees
- 4Must possess advanced computer skills
- 5Must be able to work PM shift 3pm-11pm and be onsite
Salary Insight
