- 2Schedule appointments using Daily Demand Capacity Planner and CCC One
- 3Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations
- 4Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists and parts lists
- 5Record communications via CCC One notes
- 6Confirm rental details and update CCC One records
- 7Manage ARMS system alongside CCC One
- 8Maintain accurate documentation for vehicle disassembly
- 9Support front line operations through administrative tasks
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Minimum one year administrative experience
- 3One year in auto body environment preferred
- 4Valid driver's license
- 5Ability to work in fast paced environment
- 6Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure
- 7Attention to detail with high accuracy
- 8Proficiency in general office equipment
- 9Basic computer skills
- 10Excellent oral and written communication
- 11Sales oriented customer service mindset
