What You'll Do9
- 1Document every customer interaction efficiently and accurately
- 2Provide accurate and timely information to guide customers through repairs
- 3Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Ways
- 4Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members
- 5Maintain positive energy during customer interactions
- 6Participate in daily production walks and monthly health safety meetings
- 7Support team members and attend recommended training sessions
- 8Follow DRP guidelines and maintain valid driver's license
- 9Complete I-CAR Training as part of development
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 1 year experience with repairs and OE guidelines
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Basic computer skills and compliance for DRP
- 4Valid driver's license
- 5Willingness to undergo I-CAR Training
- 6Awareness of where to find answers
- 7Minimum 1-year experience with insurance programs
- 8Physical ability to meet job demands
- 9Qualified individuals including protected veterans encouraged to apply
