Lead the delivery of exceptional customer experiences by providing meticulous vehicle repairs and restoration. Own the repair process from assessment to final repaint ensuring adherence to the Wow Operating Way plan.
What You'll Do11
- 1Execute Wow Operating Way plan to deliver superior customer service
- 2Plan and prepare cost estimates for vehicle repairs
- 3Repair vehicle sections using cutting guns plasma cutters hydraulic jacks hammers and pliers
- 4Hammer out dents and mix filler resins for non-feasible repairs
- 5Realign chassis and frames to address structural damage
- 6Remove damaged sections replace with new or aftermarket parts
- 7Replace or repair glass windshields interior components
- 8Weld attach parts fit components and prepare vehicles for painting
- 9Complete work orders within labor time guidelines
- 10Inspect repaired vehicles to confirm correct execution
- 11Perform additional related duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Technical school graduate or 3-year auto body apprenticeship
- 3Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision
- 4Understanding of vehicle body repair methods
- 5Knowledge of required tools and equipment
