Overview
Join our Phoenix team as an Auto Body Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating detailed estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs. You will align with repair facilities to meet KPIs and drive operational success. This role emphasizes clear communication and teamwork to exceed customer expectations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Document every customer interaction accurately and update records efficiently
- 2Provide timely and accurate information to customers throughout the repair process
- 3Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Ways
- 4Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members
- 5Maintain positive energy during customer interactions both in person and on the phone
- 6Participate in daily production walks and monthly health safety meetings
- 7Attend recommended training sessions and workshops
- 8Follow DRP guidelines and maintain compliance documentation
- 9Demonstrate basic computer skills and knowledge of insurance programs
- 10Obtain I-CAR Training certification
- 11Hold a valid driver's license and meet physical job requirements
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 1 year experience in auto body estimation or related field
- 2Knowledge of Repair and OE Guidelines
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Awareness of where to find answers and basic computer skills
- 5Compliance for DRP's policies
- 6Valid driver's license
- 7Willingness to complete I-CAR Training
- 8Ability to pass a background check
