Overview
You'll own the delivery of high-quality home repair and maintenance services for residential clients across the Pittsburgh North area, handling 20+ jobs per week with full autonomy. You'll join a team of 5 craftsmen supported by a dispatcher and office staff who handle scheduling and customer communication. What You'll Do8
- 1Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and tiling repairs to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction on each job.
- 2Diagnose and fix electrical and plumbing issues such as fixture replacement, outlet repair, and leaky faucets.
- 3Communicate daily with the office to confirm schedules, obtain materials, and collect payments.
- 4Manage your own job site, keeping it clean and safe, and protecting client property.
- 5Drive your work truck to multiple locations, tracking mileage and submitting trip charges.
- 6Document work completed with photos and notes for the office to follow up.
- 7Handle minor roofing, gutter, and exterior repairs when needed.
- 8Provide professional estimates for small projects and upsell additional services.
Requirements8
- 13+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman roles.
- 2Proficiency in drywall, tiling, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work.
- 3Own a standard set of tools and a work truck (trip charges provided).
- 4Live within 30 minutes of Wexford PA.
- 5Comfortable with a pre-employment background check.
- 6Professional appearance and demeanor.
- 7Strong work ethic and time management skills.
- 8Valid driver's license and insurance (company pays trip charges).
