You will own full-scope repairs and restorations on older homes, from carpentry and trim to drywall and painting. What You'll Do7
- 1Assess and repair residential structures, focusing on home repairs and remodeling.
- 2Restore old homes using traditional techniques for renovation and restoration.
- 3Install and finish carpentry and trim work with precision.
- 4Patch and repair drywall and plaster surfaces.
- 5Paint interior and exterior surfaces to a high standard.
- 6Execute general construction and maintenance tasks as needed.
- 7Work independently and collaboratively to complete projects on schedule.
Requirements6
- 13+ years in residential construction and home renovation.
- 2Proven skills in carpentry, drywall, and plaster repair.
- 3Experience with painting (strongly preferred).
- 4Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 5Own transportation and valid driver license preferred.
- 6Dependable and punctual with a focus on quality workmanship.
