  • 3Correct resolved cases and route them through FHEMS systems
  • 4Prepare electronic evidence packets using FHEMS for OAH presentations
  • 5Conduct client outreach for follow-up and explain hearing processes
  • 6Monitor FHEMS queues for timely completion of work
  • 7Consult supervisors on workload and action appropriateness
  • 8Stay current with policy changes and FHEMS updates
  • 9Notify staff of required case actions
  • 10Respond to external inquiries about client matters
  • 11Send resolution letters to satisfied clients

  • 1Four year high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2Three years of full-time experience in social/human services
  • 3Bachelor's degree plus eighteen months experience as Benefits Opportunity Specialist
  • 4College credit substitution for experience
