What You'll Do9

  • 1Ensure the health, safety, and habilitation of the people we support, documenting supervision levels per treatment plans.
  • 2Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and weekly staff huddles to align goals and share updates.
  • 3Coordinate with families and external providers to build trust and ensure seamless care.
  • 4Interview and select new hires, matching skills to program needs.
  • 5Develop staff through regular one-on-one supervision, training, and performance evaluations.
  • 6Oversee financial systems, tracking program expenditures and overseeing budgets within guidelines.
  • 7Maintain accurate records, including medical charts, progress reports, and incident logs.
  • 8Report and monitor incidents, assisting with investigations and follow-up actions.
  • 9Model agency culture by fostering inclusion, open communication, and a harassment-free environment.

Requirements8

  • 1BA/BS degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting.
  • 32+ years supporting people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • 4Strong written and verbal communication skills, with well-developed problem-solving abilities.
  • 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • 6Ability to learn Workforce Management software for scheduling and timekeeping.
  • 7Valid Driver's License preferred, depending on location.
  • 8Willingness to respond to calls and program needs beyond regular hours.
