What You'll Do8
- 1Supervise and coach Direct Support Professionals to deliver high-quality person-centered services
- 2Maintain health safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance with Pennsylvania Chapter 6400
- 3Oversee daily operations including staffing schedules and program activities
- 4Monitor Individual Support Plans and person-centered goals for successful implementation
- 5Coordinate medical appointments transportation and family communications
- 6Manage household budgets inventory and purchasing processes
- 7Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed
- 8Foster inclusive environment through respectful interactions with individuals and staff
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Human Services Psychology Social Work or related field preferred
- 2Minimum 2 years experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- 3Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to complete background checks
- 4CPR First Aid Medication Administration certification or willingness to obtain
- 5Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania Chapter 6400 regulations and person-centered practices
