- 1Recruit train supervise and evaluate staff alongside Residential Services Coordinator
- 2Create Positive Behavior Supports atmosphere using PBS model
- 3Manage ISP system for planning and documentation
- 4Conduct assessments for referrals admissions and discharges
- 5Maintain accurate program and person records meeting agency standards
- 6Coordinate with families DDS and service providers
- 7Supervise housekeeping and vehicle maintenance
- 8Develop and monitor program budget
- 9Monitor medications according to MAP regulations
- 10Deliver NSCS training to new hires
Requirements16
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 2Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3Two years human services experience and supervisory background
- 4Massachusetts MAP & CPR/First Aid certification within five months of hire
- 5Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
