Requirements10
- 1College degree with bachelor's in social work preferred
- 22 years experience in long-term care facilities
- 3Massachusetts license as LSW or BSW
- 4Ability to read write speak and understand English
- 5Independent decision making skills
- 6Tactful interpersonal abilities for diverse groups
- 7Patience tact cheerful disposition and enthusiasm
- 8Experience handling resident situations based on maturity levels
