- 3Create and update training materials lesson plans participant engagement activities
- 4Complete participant intake eligibility screenings and ongoing job readiness assessments
- 5Develop individualized employment plans provide one-on-one career coaching and case management
- 6Identify employment barriers connect participants with supportive services community resources
- 7Monitor participant progress through regular in-person phone and virtual follow-ups before and after job placement
- 8Connect participants with job opportunities vocational training educational programs certifications career advancement resources
- 9Maintain accurate case notes attendance records participant files database entries required program reports
- 10Achieve enrollment participation job placement and retention goals while fostering inclusive supportive environment
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree required preferably Social Work Human Services Education Psychology Counseling or related field
- 21-3 years experience in workforce development adult education career counseling case management social services
- 3Experience facilitating classroom instruction workshops training sessions preferred
- 4Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing Trauma-Informed Care workforce development best practices is a plus
- 5Strong interpersonal skills proficient with Microsoft Office experienced with Salesforce Microsoft Teams SharePoint or other case management systems preferred
