Customer Service Representative, Staffing & Recruiting
Overview
You will own a caseload of clients in a staffing firm setting, guiding them through the employment program and providing direct support to a diverse participant group. You will build community and employer partnerships to expand opportunities. Your work will help clients overcome barriers and achieve return-to-work goals. This role stands out for its focus on social services collaboration and federal certification training.
What You'll Do8
- 1Manage a caseload of 15-20 clients, tracking their progress and providing direct employment support for a diverse group of participants.
- 2Build and maintain community and employer partnerships to create job opportunities for clients.
- 3Consult with clients on employment goals, identify barriers, and develop strategies to overcome them.
- 4Navigate return-to-work processes, coordinating with clients and external agencies.
- 5Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
- 6Document client interactions and progress in Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
- 7Complete the Social Security Administration's CWIC certification within the first year.
- 8Collaborate with team members to improve program effectiveness and client outcomes.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 2Ability to complete and pass the Social Security Administration’s Suitability Process.
- 3Paid or volunteer work in social services (preferred, but not required).
- 4Experience collaborating with individuals with physical and mental disabilities and/or substance abuse (preferred, but not required).
- 5Microsoft 365 proficiency.
- 6Salesforce experience (strongly preferred, but not required).
- 7Ability to complete and pass the Social Security Administration’s CWIC certification (preferred, but not required).
Salary Insight
$50 - $55k per year
