What You'll Do11

  • 1Maintain accurate Residential Client Financial Services database by updating eligibility and payment information promptly
  • 2Develop and monitor tracking systems to ensure timely application submissions and renewals
  • 3Ensure full compliance with federal state and agency regulations including ODP Chapters 6100 and 6400
  • 4Manage Representative Payee accounts verifying fund availability and proper documentation
  • 5Process expenditure requests coordinating with Finance and Accounting for fund verification
  • 6Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies swiftly resolving outstanding issues
  • 7Prepare and submit required SSA reports and annual documentation for all clients
  • 8Track client income expenditures savings and reserve accounts maintaining detailed records
  • 9Coordinate Room and Board agreements ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate charging
  • 10Act as primary liaison between Residential Programs and external agencies for seamless service delivery
  • 11Create SOPs develop training materials and provide technical guidance to staff

Requirements8

  • 15+ years experience in program coordination of benefits or client financial services
  • 23-5 years experience with non-profit accounting and compliance
  • 3Valid driver's license and insured vehicle required
  • 4Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word PA COMPASS SSA Administration Site and current financial platforms
  • 5Strong knowledge of Social Security Administration MA SNAP LIHEAP HUD regulations
  • 6Ability to manage complex financial systems and ensure data integrity
  • 7Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • 8Commitment to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs
