What You'll Do9
- 1Facilitate daily orientation and intake sessions with incoming clients referred by HRA
- 2Present on program requirements and expectations to new clients
- 3Administer TABE testing to assess client skill levels
- 4Document service delivery with timely case notes, including assessments, intakes, goals, and referrals
- 5Complete timekeeping responsibilities and scan/upload client documentation
- 6Participate in daily meetings with program management team
- 7Provide administrative support to other departments or management, including data entry and case management tasks
- 8Maintain detailed case notes, update attendance logs, and submit weekly reports on a timely basis
