You will own daily administrative operations for a growing home health agency, coordinating schedules and client records while building community relationships to attract new clients. You will work directly with caregivers and referral sources, supporting a team that prioritizes quality care. What You'll Do8
- 1Manage the front office: answer calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors with professional communication.
- 2Coordinate and schedule home health services, confirming visits for clients and caregivers.
- 3Maintain accurate client records and office files, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- 4Recruit new clients by following up on referrals and building relationships with community partners.
- 5Develop and maintain a referral network, reaching out to hospitals, clinics, and senior centers.
- 6Support the team with general administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
- 7Build positive relationships with clients, families, and referral sources to enhance agency reputation.
- 8Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for the agency.
Requirements7
- 11+ year of experience in a home health agency or healthcare setting.
- 21+ year of experience with client recruitment, marketing, or referral development.
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and electronic health records.
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and partners.
- 5Excellent organizational and time management abilities, handling multiple tasks with accuracy.
- 6Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining confidentiality.
- 7Detail-oriented and dependable, with a passion for helping people access quality care.
