Dual function role supporting employees and clients providing ABA services. Candidate possesses comprehensive understanding of HR practices including talent acquisition employee relations and benefits administration. This role contributes to strategic workforce planning while ensuring adherence to employment laws.
What You'll Do11
- 1Coordinate interviews candidate communications background checks reference checks and required pre-employment documentation
- 2Assist with full employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding orientation documentation and offboarding
- 3Prepare and maintain employee personnel files ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- 4Assist new employees with onboarding paperwork training requirements and compliance documentation
- 5Track employee credentials certifications licenses CPR/First Aid background checks and other compliance items
- 6Maintain accurate HR records update employee information in HRIS and internal systems
- 7Handle employee attendance timekeeping leave requests and other administrative HR matters
- 8Respond to employee questions regarding policies procedures benefits onboarding and general HR processes
- 9Coordinate employee training meetings orientations and required continuing education
- 10Support employee engagement initiatives recognition programs and company events
- 11Assist HR leadership with employee relations matters maintain confidentiality and document everything
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required associate or bachelor degree in HR Business Administration Healthcare Administration Psychology Human Services preferred
- 22+ years of experience in HR healthcare administration client services customer support office administration or related field preferred
- 3Strong organizational and time-management skills
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5Ability to handle sensitive confidential information with discretion
- 6Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Salary Insight
$50 - $73k per year
