What You'll Do7
- 1Support full-cycle recruitment for entry-level through management positions across multiple locations
- 2Source and screen candidates through job boards referrals and staffing agencies
- 3Conduct candidate phone screens to assess qualifications and hiring fit
- 4Maintain job postings across multiple online recruiting platforms
- 5Coordinate interviews with hiring managers candidates and external partners
- 6Collect hiring and onboarding documentation and complete reference checks
- 7Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements8
- 1Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- 2Experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing is a plus
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 4Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
- 5Strong communication skills and ability to learn new processes quickly
- 6Comfortable working in a fast-paced results-driven environment
- 7Understanding of workforce development and adult education
- 8Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
