Corporate Paralegal at Workplace Options supports attorneys in corporate governance, research, and document preparation for a global organization. You will partner with the Corporate Attorney on day-to-day legal operations and help ensure accuracy across transactional documents. This onsite Raleigh role blends legal rigor with administration and project coordination. You will join a diverse team expanding wellbeing solutions across 150,000 organizations.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and conduct legal and factual research to identify statutes, regulations, and case law and prepare memoranda
  • 2Draft and review transactional and corporate governance documents for accuracy and completeness
  • 3Organize, analyze, and validate information to ensure consistency across documents
  • 4Assist with coordination and management of legal and cross-functional projects
  • 5Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and maintain legal databases
  • 6Support document preparation and review, including correspondence and reports
  • 7Conduct online legal research and manage document management systems such as SharePoint, Dynamics, and ContractSafe
  • 8Prepare correspondence, reports, and legal memoranda for internal and external stakeholders
  • 9Maintain meticulous attention to detail and help manage multiple deadlines
  • 10Engage in ongoing process improvements to support day-to-day legal operations

Requirements9

  • 1Associate’s degree or certification in Paralegal Studies
  • 25+ years of experience in a corporate law firm or in-house legal department
  • 3Strong interpersonal, professional communication, and service mindset
  • 4Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality
  • 5Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple deadlines
  • 6Experience drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • 7Proficiency in online legal research
  • 8Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics, and ContractSafe
  • 9Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word; working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
