What You'll Do5
- 1Prepare and execute all menu items including seasonal and specials for dine-in and to-go
- 2Maintain clean and organized restaurant areas using checklists and assist with dishwashing equipment
- 3Support Kitchen Manager in managing food par levels and utilizing prep sheets
- 4Perform line checks for quality control and follow established opening mid and closing procedures
- 5Complete cleaning and food safety checklists to ensure proper food handling practices
Requirements5
- 11 month restaurant experience or equivalent training
- 2Knife handling proficiency preferred
- 3Flexible scheduling available
- 4Cross-training ability across all kitchen areas
- 5Proficiency in primary language of work location
