- 1Lead from the floor, spending quality time coaching team members, connecting with guests, and ensuring exceptional hospitality during service
- 2Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, turning challenges into loyalty-building opportunities
- 3Optimize labor deployment to balance service excellence with budget goals
- 4Build a winning team by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and retaining top talent through hands-on training and mentorship
- 5Guide Front of House operations for seamless daily execution
- 6Safeguard quality by overseeing food safety protocols and checklists
- 7Control costs and maximize profitability by managing food costs, troubleshooting challenges, and streamlining processes
- 8Take ownership of financial performance including P&L management forecasting COGs and inventory control
- 9Foster a culture where team members feel valued and motivated to deliver daily results
- 10Forge connections within the restaurant and community to boost brand presence and drive sales
- 11Balance day-to-day operations with long-term strategic goals to empower employee growth
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in comparable restaurant or hospitality roles
- 2Proven ability to lead teams with energy empathy and vision
- 3Strong operational instincts and track record of driving results while maintaining high service standards
- 4Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 50 lbs
- 5Concrete experience with P&L forecasting inventory management and COGs
- 6Proficiency in Spanish French or Arabic a plus
- 7Commitment to building culture through meaningful internal and external relationships

$70 - $82k per year
