- 3Partner with the GM to recruit, interview, hire, and retain top talent
- 4Optimize labor deployment to align service quality with budget goals
- 5Lead Front of House teams through opening, mid-shift, and closing operations
- 6Safeguard food safety by overseeing protocols and checklists
- 7Manage food costs and inventory, reconciling orders and addressing waste
- 8Share P&L accountability by driving profitability through forecasting and proactive labor planning
- 9Build a culture where employees feel valued and motivated to deliver consistent results
- 10Foster community connections to strengthen brand presence and sales
- 11Maintain high standards in service, food quality, and guest satisfaction
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership experience in a comparable setting
- 2Proven ability to lead teams with energy empathy and vision
- 3Strong operational instincts and track record of meeting long-term goals
- 4Experience with P&L management forecasting inventory and cost control
- 5Ability to stand for extended periods lifting up to 50 lbs
- 6Fluent in Spanish French or Arabic preferred
- 7Valid work authorization for onsite role in Washington DC
- 8Commitment to supporting diverse communities and inclusive practices
