What You'll Do10

- 6Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality, conducting regular inspections.
- 7Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations, passing all audits.
- 8Monitor labor, food costs, and operational performance, adjusting strategies to meet P&L targets.
- 9Evaluate vendors and product quality, supporting purchasing decisions to control costs.
- 10Implement company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of accountability and guest focus.
Requirements10
- 12+ years as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role in high-volume food service.
- 2Experience in fast-casual, casual dining, or full-service restaurant environments.
- 3Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including P&L management.
- 4Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop restaurant teams.
- 5Excellent guest service and conflict resolution skills.
- 6Experience managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant financial performance.
- 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and restaurant technology.
- 8Experience with Toast, Paycom, HotSchedules, TripleSeat, RESY, or OpenTable is highly preferred.
- 9Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- 10Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Culinary Arts is a plus.
