What You'll Do10

  • 8Track daily revenue and comps, identifying trends to adjust operations in real time.
  • 9Support the GM in executing marketing initiatives that drive weekday covers and private events.
  • 10Develop shift leads and servers for promotion, reducing turnover through ongoing feedback and recognition.

Requirements9

  • 13+ years in restaurant management, preferably in full-service or high-volume concepts.
  • 21+ years as an Assistant General Manager or shift lead with P&L exposure.
  • 3Proven track record of building and coaching teams of 15+ employees.
  • 4Strong financial acumen, including labor scheduling, inventory control, and cost analysis.
  • 5Hands-on ability to jump into any role during peak service, from host to bartender.
  • 6Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to match business needs.
  • 7ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • 8Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
  • 9Passion for Southern cuisine and creating a warm, memorable guest experience.
