What You'll Do11
- 1Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout their visit
- 2Receive food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS
- 3Anticipate guest needs and note preferences
- 4Maintain knowledge of pastry bread kitchen beverage and retail items
- 5Prepare drinks for the dining room as needed
- 6Handle guest situations with empathy and escalate to manager when necessary
- 7Complete all opening mid and closing procedures including daily checklists
- 8Organize money and receipts according to company policy
- 9Keep restaurant areas clean and organized
- 10Assist with patio furniture setup and maintenance
- 11Follow cleaning checklists
Requirements6
- 13 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training
- 2Experience with POS systems especially Toast
- 3Flexibility in schedule preferred
- 4Ability to be cross-trained in dining room and retail spaces
- 5Bilingual communication skills at work location
- 6Concrete technology/tool names: Spark Airflow React Kubernetes AWS Python
