What You'll Do6
- 1Build and execute baked goods and pastry items according to recipes and standards
- 2Prepare ingredients, portion, chop, and store before use to ensure consistent quality
- 3Follow food safety policies and sanitation procedures and report issues to management
- 4Monitor food quality and portioning throughout the shift and ensure correct temperatures
- 5Maintain workstation setup and breaks down station at shift end
