What You'll Do10
- 1Build and prepare ingredients according to recipes and quality standards
- 2Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to produce menu items
- 3Monitor food quality and temperature to ensure safety and consistency
- 4Set up and break down work stations and portions for service
- 5Follow safety, security, and sanitation policies and complete safety training and certifications
- 6Serve food in proper portions onto correct receptacles and maintain professional communication with team
- 7Maintain clean kitchen area, tools, knives, and equipment
- 8Test foods to determine doneness and adjust as needed
- 9Support team to reach common goals and respond to concerns
- 10Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

- 3Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
