You’ll work with a master chef guidance and a diverse culinary team across seven clubhouses, contributing to food quality and presentation at scale. What You'll Do6
- 1Cook and present hot and cold items for outlets, banquets, and catering according to recipes and standards
- 2Ensure dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation expectations and maintain sanitation and portion control
- 3Complete mise en place and pars, set up stations, and assist with inventory and ordering
- 4Maintain proper storage, rotation, and handling of products and monitor walk-in coolers
- 5Follow DMC, Servsafe, and health department standards in all duties
- 6Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements5
- 12 year of experience in a professional full-service kitchen
- 2Upscale dining experience preferred
- 3Culinary school or apprenticeship program preferred
- 4Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- 5Ability to work in a team environment
