What You'll Do6

  • 1Cook and present hot and cold items for outlets, banquets, and catering according to recipes and standards
  • 2Ensure dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation expectations and maintain sanitation and portion control
  • 3Complete mise en place and pars, set up stations, and assist with inventory and ordering
  • 4Maintain proper storage, rotation, and handling of products and monitor walk-in coolers
  • 5Follow DMC, Servsafe, and health department standards in all duties
  • 6Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements5

  • 12 year of experience in a professional full-service kitchen
  • 2Upscale dining experience preferred
  • 3Culinary school or apprenticeship program preferred
  • 4Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • 5Ability to work in a team environment
