What You'll Do9
- 1Oversee planning execution and completion of residential projects meeting deadlines and quality standards
- 2Manage and track project budgets reporting discrepancies promptly
- 3Lead a small team of coordinators personnel and subcontractors fostering collaboration and milestone achievement
- 4Work with sales architects and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
- 5Identify and resolve issues or delays implementing proactive solutions
- 6Ensure compliance with local zoning laws building codes and permits
- 7Source subcontractors and licensed labor for additional work
- 8Serve as primary client contact providing regular progress updates
- 9Implement strategies to keep projects on track
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree in construction management civil engineering architecture or related field preferred
- 2At least 3 years experience managing residential construction projects
- 3Strong understanding of residential construction processes and local regulations
- 4Excellent time and task management skills
- 5Ability to communicate effectively with clients contractors and stakeholders
- 6Problem solving mindset handling challenges proactively
Salary Insight
