What You'll Do15
- 1Manage all phases of assigned residential and commercial construction projects from planning through client delivery
- 2Develop detailed construction schedules including milestones and critical path items
- 3Allocate labor equipment and materials resources efficiently across active sites
- 4Identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
- 5Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reporting to ownership
- 6Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors to ensure work meets plans and specifications
- 7Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality standards and contract compliance
- 8Maintain as-built drawing sets and update construction schedules
- 9Produce comprehensive daily and weekly field reports
- 10Serve as primary point of contact for clients architects and design consultants
- 11Facilitate weekly project meetings and distribute minutes to stakeholders
- 12Communicate daily with Spanish-speaking subcontractors and clients in both languages
- 13Prepare and track RFIs and submittals ensuring timely review and approval
- 14Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety walks
- 15Verify subcontractors maintain current insurance licenses and safety records
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 4 years of high-end residential project management experience
- 2Minimum 1 year of commercial construction project management experience
- 3Demonstrated success managing projects valued between $1M and $5M
- 4Hands-on experience with full project lifecycle including permitting and closeout
- 5Proficiency in Buildertrend or similar construction management platforms
- 6Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- 7Experience using Bluebeam Revu for plan review and markups
- 8Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications
- 9Skills in preparing RFIs change orders and cost estimates
- 10Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Architecture or related field
- 11Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
